Main Drive Wheel Retreading
Where the main drive wheel's rubber tread is worn or damaged, we remove the wheel from the drive motor and arrange for a specialist to replace the rubber tread. Once returned, we refit the wheel and check its operation.
Retreading suitability, cost, and turnaround are confirmed for the particular wheel before proceeding. This may provide an alternative to replacing the complete drive wheel where the existing wheel is suitable for refurbishment.
Servicing & Repair Approach
Equipment is assessed for wear, damage, and operating faults. We explain the proposed work and confirm the repair scope and parts requirements before proceeding.
Batteries, replacement wheels, controls, and drive components are selected to suit the equipment requirements. Functional checks are performed as appropriate to the work completed and the agreed service scope.
Service Documentation
Work completed, findings, and relevant functional checks are recorded in a service report appropriate to the agreed scope. Any further repairs or identified limitations are communicated to the customer.
